Abstract: Статтю присвячено питанню формування та розвитку ораторської майстерності в час вимушеного переходу на дистанційне та змішане навчання в системі формальної, неформальної та інформальної освіти. Проаналізовано низку онлайн-платформ для розвитку ораторської майстерності, зокрема онлайн-платформи у віртуальному навчальному середовищі закладу вищої освіти, спеціалізовані міжнародні онлайн-платформ для розвитку ораторської майстерності, курси з розвитку ораторської майстерності на освітніх онлайн-платформах та авторські онлайн-платформи цього спрямування. Окреслено переваги і перспективи застосування онлайн-платформ на заняттях і під час самостійної роботи з риторики у закладах вищої освіти, а також самовдосконалення з ораторської майстерності.
Розглянуто вивчення риторики у закладах вищої освіти та зазначено, що навчальні курси з риторики на університетських онлайн-платформах доцільно розширювати за допомогою створення й активного використання онлайн-платформ університетських чи міжуніверситетських ораторських шкіл чи гуртків, формуючи таким чином сприятливе риторичне освітнє середовище. На основі аналізу спеціалізованих, освітніх та авторських онлайн-платформ для розвитку ораторської майстерності зроблено висновок, що використання теоретичного матеріалу чи практичних рекомендацій і кейсів зазначених онлайн-платформ для риторичної підготовки майбутніх фахівців забезпечить урізноманітнення подання матеріалу, підвищить інтерес і мотивацію до вивчення риторики, розуміння важливості розвитку ораторських вмінь і навичок.
The article is devoted to the issue of the formation and development of public speaking skills during the forced transition to distance and blended learning in the system of formal, non-formal and informal education. A number of online platforms for the development of public speaking skills were analyzed, in particular online platforms in the virtual educational environment of a higher education institution, specialized international online platforms for developing public speaking skills, courses for developing public speaking skills on educational online platforms, and author's online platforms of this direction. The advantages and prospects of using online in the classroom and during independent work on rhetoric at higher education institutions, as well as self-improvement in oratory skills, are outlined.
The study of rhetoric at higher education institutions is considered and it is indicated that it is advisable to expand rhetoric training courses on university online platforms with the help of the creation and active use of online platforms of university or inter-university oratorical schools or clubs, thus forming a favorable rhetorical educational environment. On the basis of the analysis of specialized, educational and author's online platforms for the development of public speaking skills, it is concluded that the use of theoretical material or practical recommendations and cases of the above-mentioned online platforms for future specialists’ rhetorical training will ensure the diversification of the material presentation and increase interest and motivation in studying rhetoric, as well as understanding the importance of public speaking skills development.
