A rationally formed logistics infrastructure and its effective management contributes to the benefits of all participants of the logistics chain based on their clear interaction, which in general allows to improve the quantitative and qualitative parameters of financial flows. In the course of scientific research, general scientific and special methods were used, including: methods of synthesis and analysis, induction and deduction, methods of statistical analysis.
