Актуальність тематики зумовлена активним функціонуванням цифрових платформ у системі оперативного інформування населення в умовах кризових ситуацій. Соціальні мережі у сучасному медіапросторі забезпечують швидке поширення офіційних повідомлень, підтримують постійний комунікаційний зв’язок між держав- ними структурами та громадськістю, а також сприяють оперативному реагуванню населення на надзвичайні події. Значну увагу зосереджено на мовному оформленні кризових повідомлень ДСНС, оскільки лаконічність, стандартизованість і точність мовних конструкцій безпосередньо впли- вають на ефективність сприйняття інформації аудиторією. Проаналізовано наукові засади до організації кризових комунікацій, функціонування медіа у кризових умовах, використання цифрових технологій та чат-ботів у системі публічного інформування населення. Установлено, що ефективність кризової комунікації визначається своєчасністю поширення достовірної інформації, відкритістю офіційних джерел, адаптацією повідомлень до специфіки цифрової аудиторії та постійним моніторингом інформаційного простору. Доведено, що соціальні мережі ДСНС функціонують як комплексна система кризового інформування населення. Офіційні сторінки служби у Facebook, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok і X (Twitter) забезпечують швидке поширення оперативних повідомлень, візуальних матеріалів, геолокаційних попереджень та інструкцій щодо безпечної поведінки. Визначено, що повідомлення кризового характеру характеризуються переважанням коротких синтаксичних конструкцій, дієслів теперішнього часу, віддієслівних іменників та стандартизованих лексем, зокрема «ліквідація наслідків», «евакуація населення», «пошуково-рятувальні роботи», «оперативна інформація», «не ігноруйте сигнали небезпеки». Зазначені мовні моделі посилюють інформативність повідомлень і формують у користувачів чітке розуміння рівня загрози та необхідних дій. Встановлено, що поєднання текстових повідомлень із фото-, відеоматеріалами, інфографікою та інтерактивними елементами підвищує рівень залучення аудиторії та сприяє швидкому засвоєнню критично важливої інформації. Особливу роль у структурі кризової комунікації ДСНС відіграють чат-боти, які забезпечують оперативне оповіщення населення, дублювання офіційних повідомлень і консультативну підтримку громадян щодо алгоритмів дій у надзвичайних ситуаціях. Результати дослідження підтверджують, що цифрові платформи ДСНС формують ефективну систему кризової комунікації, орієнтовану на підтримання суспільної довіри, координацію взаємодії з населенням та мінімізацію деструктивного впливу кризових ситуацій.The article examines the specific features of the use of social media in the crisis communication of SESU. The relevance of the topic is determined by the active functioning of digital platforms within the system of оперативе public information dissemination during crisis situations. Social media in the contemporary media environment ensure the rapid dissemination of official messages, maintain constant communication between state institutions and the public, and facilitate the prompt response of the population to emergency events. Considerable attention is focused on the linguistic design of SESU crisis messages, since the conciseness, standardization, and precision of language constructions directly affect the effectiveness of information perception by the audience. The study analyzes the scientific foundations of crisis communication organization, the functioning of media under crisis conditions, and the use of digital technologies and chatbots in the system of public information dissemination. It has been established that the effectiveness of crisis communication is determined by the timeliness of disseminating reliable information, the openness of official sources, the adaptation of messages to the specifics of digital audiences, and continuous monitoring of the information space. The research proves that SESU social media platforms function as an integrated system of crisis communication with the population. The official pages of the service on Facebook, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, and X (Twitter) ensure the rapid dissemination of operational messages, visual materials, geolocation alerts, and safety instructions. It has been determined that crisis-related messages are characterized by the predominance of short syntactic constructions, present tense verbs, deverbal nouns, and standardized lexical units, including “elimination of consequences,” “population evacuation,” “search and rescue operations,” “operational information,” and “do not ignore danger signals.” These language models enhance the informativeness of messages and form a clear understanding among users regarding the level of threat and the necessary actions. It has been established that the combination of text messages with photographs, video materials, infographics, and interactive elements increases audience engagement and facilitates the rapid assimilation of critically important information. Chatbots play a special role in the structure of SESU crisis communication, as they provide оперативе public alerts, duplicate official messages, and offer advisory support to citizens regarding algorithms of action in emergency situations.
