Abstract: Анотація: у дослідженні розглянуто конвергентний підхід до управління проєктами на прикладі логістичних та інфраструктурних проєктів, який може бути застосований у програмах поствоєнного відновлення України. Використано генезисний підхід до плану Маршалла в програмах економічної допомоги та футурологічні аспекти превенції можливих кризових явищ під час реалізації складних інфраструктурних проєктів. Досліджено інноваційні механізми антикризового управління, зокрема інструментарій проактивного управління на противагу реактивному.
Description: Abstract: The study examines a convergent approach to project management using the example of logistics and infrastructure projects, which can be applied in post-war reconstruction programs in Ukraine. The genesis approach to the Marshall Plan in economic assistance programs and futurological aspects of preventing possible crisis phenomena during the implementation of complex infrastructure projects are used. Innovative mechanisms of anti-crisis management are investigated, in particular, the tools of proactive management as opposed to reactive management.2025-01-01T00:00:00Z
