Проведено аналіз функціонування системи цивільного захисту України. Розроблено понятійно-категоріальний апарат та концепцію безпеко-орієнтованого управління проектами розвитку складних систем. Створена системна модель безпеки проекту будівництва стадіону «Арена Львів», яка реалізує методологічні підходи до планування безпеки проекту на концептуальній стадії життєвого циклу. Запропоновано підхід до розробки моделей життєвого циклу продукту проекту розвитку інфраструктури складної регіональної системи, який передбачає формалізацію всіх основних процесів системи. Проведено аналіз предметної галузі стану реалізації інфраструктурних проєктів на регіональному рівні; термінологічної бази наукового дослідження; системи нормативно-правових актів у сфері управління фінансами інфраструктурних проєктів та програм на регіональному рівні і стандартів з управління проєктами; міжнародного досвіду реалізації програм на регіональному рівні; сучасних підходів управління інфраструктурними проєктами та програмами на регіональному рівні. Розроблено науково-прикладну концепцію гібридного управління інфраструктурними проєктами та програмами на регіональному рівні засобами конвергенції систем знань з управління проєктами.
