The research is based on Roman Ivanychuk’s and Ukrainian prose fiction text corpora to compare statistical parameters and qualitative indicators and to detect the specific characteristics of the author’s idiolect. Colour nominations are important elements for modeling the world by a linguistic personality. The colour ЧОРНИЙ (BLACK) forms the core of colours in linguistic studies and is the most frequent colour nomination in Roman Ivanychuk’s text corpus. Corpus-based approach, absolute / relative frequency, statistical association measures MI-score and t-score are used to describe and analyze the author’s word combinations with colour nomination ЧОРНИЙ (BLACK) as a marker of his idiolect. Іваничука) Authors: Лотоцька, Наталія; Левченко, Олена Abstract: Статтю присвячено кольороназвам як важливим складникам моделювання навколишнього світу мовною особистістю. Кольороназва білий формує ядро кольорів у лінгвістичних студіях і є найчастотнішою номінацією кольору в дослідницькому корпусі Р. Іваничука (ДКРІ). Застосовано корпуснобазовану та лінгвокогнітивну методики для опису й аналізу кольороназви білий як маркера ідіолекту. У процесі дослідження виявлено струк- турно-семантичні моделі словосполук зі словом білий, виокремлено тематичні групи досліджуваної кольороназви, високочастотні колокації з досліджуваною кольороназвою, простежено семантику та символіку цього кольору та визначено прототип білого в ідіолекті Р. Іваничука. Здобуті кількісні дані порівняно з кількісними показниками дослідницького кор- пусу художньої прози 1960-2016 рр.
