Abstract: The investigation focused on examining the unique electrical properties of compound materials created by incorporating single- and multi-walled carbon nanotubes of high purity into a polymer matrix. Detailed analysis of the lateral resistances of the prepared samples was conducted within the temperature range of 50 to 200 K. The conductivity mechanisms within this temperature range were studied using models based on the Arrhenius equation. Activation energies were extracted by fitting the temperature dependencies of lateral resistance. Clear distinctions were observed between the samples reinforced with multi-walled nanotubes and those doped with single-walled carbon nanotubes. The findings indicate that composites containing multi-walled carbon nanotubes generally exhibit lower resistances compared to their single-walled counterparts.
