Abstract: The purpose of the study is to substantiate a model for predicting the competitive score of social projects for community development with the optimization of the architecture of a deep neural network trained on the prepared data from the implementation of previous projects.
Description: The peculiarity of the proposed methodology is that the database is formed on the basis of the collected data on the results of competitions for local initiative projects in the region.
