| Abstract: | Abstract: In the article, globalization landscape of today higher education development is considered, and the place of Ukraine in it. It is shown that globalization transforms higher education in multifold ways, at the same time, however, evoking a vector towards glocalization. The large part of research is devoted to national security aspects of higher education within the soft power paradigm. |
