Abstract

Психологічні наслідки воєнних та кримінальних злочинів в умовах воєн-ного стану мають деморалізуючий вплив на суспільні настрої. Терори-зуючи цивільні об’єкти та цивільних громадян ворог прагне добитись зниження волі до спротиву та боротьби. Окремим гібридним засобом деморалізації є убивства суспільно відомих громадян в містах, віддале-них від лінії бойового зіткнення, або й закордоном. Факти убивства ві-домих цивільних людей, а також нестача або суперечливий зміст публі-чної інформації про такі події спричиняє втрату довіри громадян до владних та правоохоронних органів, що є вкрай небезпечним явищем під час війни.

A separate hybrid means of demoralization is the murder of socially famous citizens in cities, distant from the line of combat, or abroad. The facts of the murder of well -known civilians, as well as the lack or contradictory content of public information about such events, causes the loss of confidence of citizens in the authorities and law enforcement agencies, which is an extremely dangerous phenomenon during the war.
