Abstract: Drying coefficients depending on the main process parameters of fresh-peeled pumpkin seeds (FPPS) vibration and combined dehydration and relative drying coefficient on the basis of the constructed graphic dependence are defined. Dependences for calculation of moisture and time of FPPS dewatering in the studied change range of drying process parameters are displayed.
