Thesis for obtaining the scientific degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences in specialty 05.13.22 – Project and Program Management. – Lviv State University of Life Safety, Lviv, 2018. The thesis is devoted to the development of models and methods of safety management in projects of creation the objects with mass stay of people at the planning stage. Are improved the classification of threats and the classification of shopping and entertainment centers for projects of creation the objects with mass stay of people that are different from the present by the introduction of a new classification feature characteristic of safety and the concept of object complexity, which enables to increase the level of risks identification in this type projects. On the basis of semantic analysis, the terminology base of project / program / portfolio management of projects is expanded and supplemented by introducing of definitions in the part of project management products: "object with a mass stay of people", "shopping and entertainment center", "shopping and entertainment complex", "complex value of the object status", which complements the scientific and methodological basis in the field of safety management in projects of creation the objects with mass stay of people, construction and infrastructure projects. The simulation model of the project life cycle of creation the object with mass stay of people is developed. Such model is implemented as a multi-agent system and allows to take into account the dynamic conditions of changing the object operation parameters, affecting the security of the system.
