| Abstract: | This article analyses the changes in the laws of Ukraine that introduced new procedure of state supervision of economic activity for compliance with fire and technological safety regarding full or partial suspension of a company, certain industries, maintenance of buildings, facilities, structures and machines, mechanisms, equipment, means of transportation as well as suspension of production and sale of flammable goods, systems and means of fire safety or providing such services. It illustrates various points of view on following new requirements of legislation in the domain of fire and technological safety as well as jurisprudence regarding verification and validity of measures taken by the state supervision authorities. |
