Abstract: The structures of basis matrices for efficient computation discrete cosine transforms (DCT) using cyclic convolutions for size the integer power of prime is considered. The structures of basis matrices of DCT are presented via the hashing arrays. Interconnection of the structures or hashing arrays of DCT for the sizes the integer power of prime are determined, what are simplified the analysis of the basis matrices on the stage of synthesis the fast algorithms.
