Abstract: Ensuring the safety of society – it is a complex problem that requires by solving complex tasks with management of forecasting and monitoring of natural and man-made disasters. With the development of modern technology is become increasing popularity use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in various fields of civil protection area from remote sensing territory to identify dangerous toxic substances that help to quickly assess the condition of a large area of the study.
