Abstract: Provided analysis of the status and prospects of the use of graphic information technologies in the
educational process of training rescuers. The role and place of graphic information in the study of basic and
special disciplines is shown. The influence of modern information technologies on the structure of graphic
courses is considered. On the basis of classical engineering graphics, the main trends of the development of
graphic information technologies and their use in the continuous learning process are obtained and updated
knowledge and practical skills of rescuers in the directions: engineering computer graphics, business computer
graphics, scientific computer graphics. Examples of the use of graphic information technologies in the process of
studying special fire-technical disciplines are offered
