Title: The Role of Genocide Rhetoric in the Kremlin’s State Propaganda: Analysis of Russian Practice and Threats to World Peace Authors: Popovych, Nina; Lukashenko, Alisa; Lavretski, Roman; Lakhno, Oleksandr; Kachmar, Bohdan Abstract: The critical threat of the risk of genocide became especially acute in the late twentieth and first third of the twenty-first century and has become a major influence on global security. The study is devoted to the specifics of the genocidal policy of the Russian Federation as part of the concept of the formation of Russian national ideology. The research methodology included analysis and synthesis, systematization, comparison, generalization, and abstraction. The analysis of the rhetoric of Russian officials and publications in the media and mass media allowed us to conclude that the idea of genocide is present, supported by the general national position of the Russian Federation and actively financed by the federal budget. The retransmission of the official ideology in the context of anti-Ukrainian materials contains calls for “restoring historical justice” and “denazification” of Ukrainians. The study examines the system of Russian “denazification” measures, which are accompanied by censorship, ideological pressure, and the destruction of its own political opposition against the background of the functioning of cross-cutting ideas of genocidal policy. The author substantiates the presence of a consistent policy of the Russian Federation towards Ukrainians, which has signs of genocidal intentions. The article proves that genocidal propaganda within the political narrative of the Russian Federation has a suggestive character, which ensures the consistent formation of ideological hatred towards the Ukrainian people in society. The destructive critical consequences of the genocidal ideology of the Russian Federation for the security of global geopolitical development are substantiated.

Title: Формування культури академічної доброчесності через розвиток критичного мислення майбутніх науковців Authors: Логвиненко, Вікторія Михайлівна Abstract: Стрімка цифровізація вищої освіти та розширення інформаційного простору суттєво трансформували феномен академічної доброчесності, змістивши його від сукупності зовнішніх регулятивних норм до складного етико-філософського концепту, що безпосередньо визначає якість наукового знання та професійну ідентичність дослідника. Метою статті є розкриття теоретичних засад і практичних підходів до формування культури академічної доброчесності майбутніх науковців через розвиток критичного мислення. В роботі наголошується, що становлення епістемологічної відповідальності та інтелектуальної чесності не може бути забезпечене виключно адміністративними механізмами контролю, а потребує інтеграції когнітивного та етичного складників в освітній процес. Критичне мислення розглядається як інструмент епістемологічного самоконтролю, методологічної рефлексії та інтелектуальної автономії, що дозволяє здобувачам уникати некритичного відтворення чужих ідей та чітко відмежовувати власні висновки від запозичених концепцій. Проаналізовано педагогічні стратегії, такі як проблемне навчання, кооперативні завдання, сократівський діалог, взаємне рецензування та ін., які поєднують розвиток аналітичних навичок із засвоєнням етичних стандартів, стимулюють самостійне мислення, співпрацю та методологічну прозорість. Окрему увагу приділено взаємодії з технологіями штучного інтелекту, підкреслено важливість критичної верифікації згенерованого контенту та необхідність прозорого й відповідального використання цифрових інструментів у науковій діяльності. Результати дослідження засвідчують, що інтеграція стратегій критичного мислення в освітній процес мінімізує ненавмисні порушення доброчесності, формує інтелектуальну самостійність та забезпечує перехід від формального дотримання правил до усвідомленої академічної чесності. Зроблено висновок, що синергія когнітивного й етичного вимірів формує цілісну дослідницьку компетентність, в якій академічна доброчесність постає як невід’ємний атрибут професійної наукової діяльності.

Title: Social Support for War Veterans in the Social Protection System Authors: Цюприк, Андрій Ярославович; Грицанюк, Віта Василівна; Костишин, Емілія Іванівна; Лозинський, Андрій Федорович; Лозинська, Світлана Олексіївна; Логвиненко, Вікторія Михайлівна Abstract: War veterans are a vulnerable group due to economic, psychological, medical, and social factors. Modern society is to reintegrate veterans into the social environment, which is only possible through special social support programs. The purpose of the study is to determine the forms, methods, and instruments of social protection useful for Ukrainian social policy based on an analysis of global practices in social support for war veterans. Accordingly, the subject of the study is the global experience of social protection for war veterans. Methods of scientifi c research were used: analysis of documents, statistical processing of materials, and generalization of the empirical data obtained. The study yielded the following results. Research into the philosophy of social support in developed countries has shown the main direction of social support for war veterans: to build a ramifi ed, multifactorial, eff ective system for reintegrating former military personnel into the social environment, rather than limiting oneself to the introduction of compensatory state payments and subsidies. Extensive experience in developing and implementing social support programs around the world shows that there is a need to create conditions for the resocialization of military personnel through state programs and the active participation of civil society. The Ukrainian state and society must accept the best patterns of the experience of the prominent countries of social aid for building their own system designed to address all the social problems of war veterans, which, unfortunately, is still ongoing.
