Abstract: The dissertation is on competition of a scientific degree of a Doctor of Technical Sci-ences on a trade 05.05.04 – «Mashines for earth, road and wood-technology works» (13 – «Mechanical engineering») – Ukrainan National Forestry University, Lvіv, 2019.&#xD;
The dissertation is devoted to the development of bases of dynamic of machine-tools for sawing wood to improve their dynamic quality. Using the dynamic models with the concentrated and distributed parameters in this dissertation it is developed the methodol-ogy of modeling of dynamic processes in the horizontal saw band machine-tool and in the cutting mechanism of the circular saw machine-tool. Also there are substantiated and de-veloped the recommendations for decrease of dynamic loads on elements of machine-tool construction by sampling of relevant overall dimensions and mass parameters of elastic systems of machine-tools on the basis of the joint analysis of their regimes of motion tak-ing into account the impact of the basic power factors. On the basis of theoretical and ex-perimental researches it is elaborated the recommendations aimed preliminary to decrees the amplitudes of transverse oscillations and tentions of the cutting tool.&#xD;
The main results of the work are used in the process of designing and exploitation of horizontal band saw and circular saw machine-tools, in scientific researches and educa-tional process.</summary>
