Abstract: Abstract— the  study of functional processes of mechanical &#xD;
multiparameter systems becomes an urgent task during the &#xD;
fourth industrial revolution, when data becomes the most &#xD;
important aspect in this field. Research of the input data &#xD;
influence, changes in the process of mechanical system &#xD;
modeling, analysis of the interplay of different parameters &#xD;
relationships is an important task to ensure the most efficient &#xD;
production operation. The article presents results of the analysis &#xD;
and practical application of the mechanical systems study &#xD;
results in the area of mechanical engineering, manufacturing of &#xD;
equipment for various functional purposes,as an example, &#xD;
electronics, processing and food industries, etc. The necessity of &#xD;
technological systems creation processes simulation and &#xD;
visualization of actual data for further analysis of their &#xD;
relations, the state of mechanical system operation for the &#xD;
mechanical equipment manufacture, as well as the analysis of &#xD;
production processes for the efficient use of resources and time &#xD;
component of processes are shown. Examples of constructing &#xD;
simulation models of production processes in the FlexSim &#xD;
environment are given to research the impact of data relations &#xD;
that describe the operation of each object in particular and &#xD;
certain affect the overall system process. Research methods of &#xD;
practical use of relations of many independent parameters &#xD;
models of the system are offered.
