Title: Information system design for the formation of project teams
Authors: Kovalchuk, Oleh
Abstract: New external challenges and the integration of the civil protection system of Ukraine to the standards prompts the activities of the State Emergency Service to implement innovative projects (automation, process reengineering, infrastructure development), and also uses flexible and adaptive management to improve interaction between units, effective distribution and management of resources. Analysis of existing project management methodologies (IPMA, PMI, P2M, PRINCE) showed that a characteristic feature of modern methodologies is the use of limited project life cycle models. Since the management of human resources is one of the most important and, at the same time, poorly formalized processes, the development of new life cycle models of team development is an urgent issue. An important component in the implementation of the content of new projects, programs and portfolios of civil defense projects is the formation of project teams, the organizational structure of which must correspond to the goals and objectives of the project.
