Вивчено основні законодавчі документи Естонії у сфері освіти та законодавчі документи стосовно іншомовної політики, такі як: Стратегії освіти на 2021–2035 роки та План розвитку естонської мови на 2021–2035 рр. Описано їх функціонування та вплив на професійну іншомовну підготовку здобувачів освіти в державі, де запланований перехід на естон- ську мову навчання у всіх закладах освіти до 2030 р. Буде залучена мовна ін- спекція для контролю за вивченням мов та мовою, якою проводиться навчан- ня. До закінчення школи учні мають досягти рівня незалежного користувача щонайменше з двох іноземних мов. Професійна іншомовна підготовка (ESP) обмежується певними академічними галузями, кількість спеціалізованих ін- шомовних курсів постійно зростає відповідно до потреб держави. Описано рамку кваліфікацій Естонії. В Естонії діють два типи закладів вищої освіти: університети та вищі професійні заклади освіти. Проаналізовано вплив ру- сифікації на стан мовної політики в історичному розрізі. У часи СРСР за- стосовувались репресії проти естонської освіти та мови, а також відбува- лось переселення російськомовного населення на естонські землі, так само як сьогодні спостерігається в тимчасово окупованому Маріуполі. Використано порівняльний метод дослідження, який дав можливість виявити характерні риси становлення системи освіти у цій країні і провести паралелі з Україною. На основі теоретичного узагальнення сформульовано висновки щодо ефек- тивності та прогресивності освітньої політики Естонії, а також виявлено можливі шляхи адаптації деяких підходів українського освітнього простору. The purpose of the article is to analyze the application of European experience in the formation of professional competencies of future specialists in vocational education systems in Ukraine. The realization of this goal involved the use of a system of scientific methods. In particular, using the method of content analysis, the modern and relevant scientific literature on this issue was analyzed. The coding method was used to find it, and the texts were processed using synthesis and comparison. The results show that the use of European experience in the formation of professional competencies in the system of vocational education in Ukraine has influenced the training of qualified students. The application of the leading European experience has made it possible to integrate the standards of the leading countries into the Ukrainian educational environment. Based on the analysis, it was found that the movement to update the content of the professional world in Europe began in the 1990s and accelerated as a result of the Bologna system. Ukraine joined global trends in the early 2000s, although some elements were introduced in the mid-2010s. The use of best practices has expanded the importance of the competency-based approach in Ukrainian education and allowed for a focus on training specialists in demand on the labor market. The use of European experience in vocational education has updated the mechanisms of partnership between all participants in the educational process, forming innovative and practice-oriented curricula. The conclusions indicate that in Ukraine, the use of European experience has allowed stakeholders to actively engage in the reorganization of the educational process, to focus education on the applicant and his or her requirements. 2024-07-15T00:00:00Z
