Abstract: The dissertation is on competition of a scientific degree of a Doctor of Technical Sci-ences on a trade 05.05.04 – «Mashines for earth, road and wood-technology works» (13 – «Mechanical engineering») – Ukrainan National Forestry University, Lvіv, 2019. The dissertation is devoted to the development of bases of dynamic of machine-tools for sawing wood to improve their dynamic quality. Using the dynamic models with the concentrated and distributed parameters in this dissertation it is developed the methodol-ogy of modeling of dynamic processes in the horizontal saw band machine-tool and in the cutting mechanism of the circular saw machine-tool. Also there are substantiated and de-veloped the recommendations for decrease of dynamic loads on elements of machine-tool construction by sampling of relevant overall dimensions and mass parameters of elastic systems of machine-tools on the basis of the joint analysis of their regimes of motion tak-ing into account the impact of the basic power factors. On the basis of theoretical and ex-perimental researches it is elaborated the recommendations aimed preliminary to decrees the amplitudes of transverse oscillations and tentions of the cutting tool. The main results of the work are used in the process of designing and exploitation of horizontal band saw and circular saw machine-tools, in scientific researches and educa-tional process.
