Abstract: | This article explores the organization of the educational process in institutions that train personnel for the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (hereinafter “the MIA of Ukraine”). The analysis is conducted at the theoretical and methodological level, focused on the specific challenges of wartime conditions. The article addresses key issues, including ensuring the safety of students and instructors, adapting curricula to the realities of war, introducing field-based training and internships, and implementing innovative approaches to prepare personnel for work in complex conditions. The discussion highlights integrating international practices alongside the authors’ methodical recommendations. Despite the significant challenges of training future employees of the MIA of Ukraine in wartime, these challenges also create new opportunities for growth and innovation. Drawing on international experience, the article emphasizes the importance of innovative teaching techniques, updated field training formats, enhanced safety measures, and the integration of advanced technologies. The authors offer practical recommendations and present an original model for safe learning in institutions operating under specific wartime conditions. It is hoped that this contribution will support the continued delivery of high-quality training for employees of the MIA of Ukraine, even in the most challenging circumstances. However, since the findings of the article are theoretical in nature, their validity needs to be confirmed using empirical methods. This should be addressed in the authors’ future publications. |
