| dc.description | The purpose of the study was to establish that there are no established procedures for units involved in extinguishing fires caused by the combustion of incendiary mixtures, nor are there any methods for localizing emergencies. This will allow personnel to be trained in how to respond to fires caused by incendiary substances and their combat use, depending on their properties, which is particularly important in the context of martial law.
