| Abstract: | Застосування інструкцій з метрологічного забезпечення у випробувальних лабораторіях здійснюється відповідно до вимог ISO 10012. Порівняння підходів до оцінки точності вимірювань можливе шляхом перерахунку показників похибки у властивості невизначеності. На теперішній час документом, який підтверджує технічну компетентність НДЛ є Свідоцтво або Атестат визнання вимірювальних можливостей НДВЛ відповідно до вимог ДСТУ ISO 10012:2005. Водночас, підтвердження технічної компетентності ДВЛ незалежною третьою стороною є загально прийнятною міжнародною практикою з урахуванням вимог міжнародних та європейських стандартів та ДСТУ EN ISO/ІЕС 17020:2019. Проблеми безпеки у сфері якості продукції – це не тільки науково-технічні, а й не меншою мірою соціально-економічні, які не можливо вирішити без високого рівня культури безпеки, без професійних знань, дисциплінованих кадрів, відповідальних за доручену справу. Без цього жодні технічні заходи не зможуть забезпечити виробництво і виключити техногенної аварії. У ході представлених міркувань Запропоноване обґрунтування визначення технічного забезпечення для випробування деяких видів продукції. |
| Description: | The application of metrological support instructions in testing laboratories is carried out in accordance with the requirements of ISO 10012. Comparison of approaches to assessing the accuracy of measurements is possible by converting error indicators into uncertainty properties. Currently, the document that confirms the technical competence of the NDL is the Certificate or Certificate of recognition of the measuring capabilities of the NDL in accordance with the requirements of DSTU ISO 10012:2005. At the same time, confirmation of the technical competence of DVL by an independent third party is generally accepted international practice, taking into account the requirements of international and European standards and DSTU EN ISO/IES 17020:2019. Safety problems in the field of product quality are not only scientific and technical, but also, to a lesser extent, socio-economic, which cannot be solved without a high level of safety culture, professional knowledge, and disciplined personnel responsible for the task at hand. Without this, no technical measures will be able to ensure production and exclude man-made accidents. In the course of the presented considerations, the proposed rationale for the definition of technical support for testing certain products types. |
