Abstract: Psychical factors of intolerant attitude of citizens to corruption. Individual-psychological factors of intolerant attitude to corruption have been identified - the self-governing level of personal self-identity development, which is manifested in the following indicators: high indicators of criticality in decision-making; low rates of self-totalitarianism; low rates of tolerance to immorality in business; high indicators of moral and ethical responsibility of the individual, low indicators of ambivalence to corruption situations, high indicators of radicalism to corruption, high indicators of general self-efficacy and anti-corruption capacity. Democratic organizational culture was also identified as a socio-psychological factor of intolerant attitude of citizens to corruption
